What is Flap Damper?

Flap damper is also used as a switch for conveying materials, and plays the role in opening and partitioning pipeline space the same as dome valve and it is applicable for loose, dry, non-cohesive and mobile particulates within the sealed conveyor system.

What is working principle of Flap Damper?

Flap damper is turned by a damper plate with U-Ring packing to compress T-Ring packing. The flap damper’s pneumatic actuator is a 90 degrees rotary swing cylinder. The cylinder drives damper arm through rotary shaft and damper arm connect with damper plate.
